If the student qualifies for SNAP, Free/Reduced Lunch Program, or is a foster child*, they qualify for a $150 discount on the teen program.

In order to have the discount applied, please email this form to [email protected]. Please DO NOT include your social security number on the form.

Once this information has been submitted, please call the office as soon as possible to enroll over the phone. Do not delay enrollment as the program is first come, first served and class seats fill fast.

*If you are a student in foster care, talk to your case worker about getting your tuition paid in full! ODOT and DHS work together to cover tuition for teens currently in foster care.
